From looking at the tracking statistics for ClassicTugs.co.uk, I've noticed that quite a few people end up here whilst searching for lists of shipping movements for various ports around the UK, particularly the port of Tyne (since, I mention it in my article, A Day Tugging on the Tyne). If you want to track vessel movements at your local port online then I can also highly recommend ShipAIS.com. The coverage of the UK and some European ports is very good and the updates are about as close to real-time as you can get. I've used this site for a few years and the accuracy of the information is very good.
